In his opinion piece in the current issue of Time, Charles Krauthammer sums up the choice before the electorate in 15 words: "Under which man are you and your country more or less likely to be attacked?"
Aside from the grammatical error (Time must have hired CBS's document examiner as its proof reader), that's still 5 more words than we need to sum up the election.
